Recently, Dr. Gent Silberkleit joined the Advisory Board for a major empirical research project spearheaded by the Resolution Systems Institute (RSI). RSI is a nonprofit focused on strengthening access to justice by enhancing courts’ alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs. RSI recruited Dr. Silberkleit for his expertise in legal focus group methodology, questionnaire design, and data analysis. Over the past several months, Dr. Silberkleit has worked with the RSI team to design and launch a multi-site research initiative to inform the courts on best practices for promoting effective online ADR (“ODR”) programs for everyday Americans. RSI just broke ground with data collection, so stay tuned for updates!
