Abby Lester is a Research Analyst at Blueprint Trial Consulting. Abby graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Criminal Justice Studies.

She continued her education at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she earned a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and graduated with distinction. During her time at John Jay, she worked in Dr. Kovera’s Legal Decision Making and Witness Behavior Research Lab, where she helped study the psychological mechanisms underlying plea bargain decisions. She also worked for several years as a Research Analyst Intern at the Center for Homicide Research, where she conducted online research and quantitative analysis.

Abby has experience preparing mock jurors for mock trials and conducting social media research for jury selections. As a member of the Blueprint Trial Consulting team, she uses her education and experience to help operations run smoothly.
