Ben Scrimalli is a Senior Trial Presentation Consultant at Blueprint Trial Consulting. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of Scranton. Since 2011 he has assisted clients with jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and mock trials to present persuasive presentations of complex legal matters, clearly and effectively to judges, juries, and arbitrators.

Ben has worked with many leading law firms providing support in high-stakes cases across a range of practice areas including intellectual property, commercial litigation, complex business disputes, medical malpractice, toxic torts, financial, construction, and insurance defense. He has experience in U.S. District Courts, U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority(FINRA), National Futures Association(NFA), and State and Federal Courts nationwide.

Ben has also assisted with over 200 mock trials and arbitrations giving him unique insights into the most effective and compelling ways to present evidence during trial. Ben’s expertise gives him keen understanding of courtroom dynamics making him an invaluable asset to any trial team.

Ben enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. He loves traveling, cooking, seeing live music, and taking hikes with his wife, 2 kids, and their beloved Golden Retriever “Ruby”.
