Thi Quang

Thi Quang is a Litigation Consultant at Blueprint Trial Consulting and is based in Los Angeles. For the past 25 years, Ms. Quang has worked on more than 1000 matters. She has supported other consultants and worked directly with clients on a broad range of cases, in both state and federal venues across the country. She has analyzed the decision-making process of mock jurors, trial jurors, arbitrators, and retired judges to assist her clients in better understanding the jurors’ or arbitrators’ viewpoints and developing compelling case themes.

She has extensive experience working on all types of online and in-person jury research projects, including focus groups, mock trials, juror profiling studies, change of venue surveys, and shadow juries. Ms. Quang has processed and evaluated supplemental juror questionnaires for several hundred jury selections, as well as conducted and evaluated social media research findings. She has also conducted hundreds of post-trial juror interviews across the country, providing clients insights into jurors’ decision-making.

Ms. Quang has applied her qualitative and quantitative skills in a wide variety of case types, including: intellectual property, antitrust, contracts, toxic tort (in particular asbestos, benzene, groundwater contamination, mesothelioma, and PCB litigation), pharmaceutical, securities, insurance, construction, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Blueprint, Ms. Quang worked at another national trial consulting firm, receiving multiple recognition awards for exceptional work performance. She has been a contributing member at professional conferences and was a contributing editor on a 2019 Chapter Publication in Litigating the Gender Harassment and Retaliation Case ABA/TIPS Book, titled, “Work, Sex, and the Morning News: An Updated Look at Discovering Juror Attitudes in Sexual Harassment Cases”.

Ms. Quang graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a double major in Psychology and Economics. Additionally, she has previous work experience in the Human Resources and Finance sectors.
